At COFE E-STORE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tech purchase. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized courier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 days.
